This is me and my friends at the beach. I like to go to the beach when I am on spring break. It is a great way to relax and have fun with friends. Being at the beach gives me a sense of relaxation while I can tan and go swimming with my friends. I think leisure is letting go of all work duties and other responsibilities and allowing oneself to relax.
